What if I accidentally place an order for the wrong address?

Please email us at CS@BagOfDicks.com asap. We are pretty quick to fulfill orders but if you notice the error quick enough, we'd be happy to update the address before shipping your order out.

If we already shipped your order out, you'll have to place a new order with the correct address and then we'll refund you the cost of the product only when the order to the wrong address is returned to us. We do not refund the cost of shipping because the Post Office doesn't refund us for shipping, ever.

What if BOD sent me the wrong product?

It's hard to admit, but we aren't perfect. Sometimes the dicks all start to look alike and we accidentally send out the wrong product. No worries – we'll make it right though. Please just shoot us an email at CS@BagOfDicks.com and let us know what happened and we'll get the correct order out right away.

What if my order is returned by the Post Office to BOD?

Occasionally we have orders returned to us because the recipient refused to accept the package or because the address is a valid one, just not for the person it was addressed to. If this happens, we will refund you cost of the product and you can reorder with the correct address or you can tell the recipient to accept the dang package the next time the Postal Carrier comes-a-knockin'. We do not refund the cost of shipping because the Post Office doesn't refund us for shipping, ever.

Can I send a package to a person using their nickname instead of their real name?

No, you may not, but thank you for asking. You must provide the recipient's real first name in order to finalize your order. If you don't, we'll email you and ask you for the real first name, which will just delay your order.

Can I send a package to a person without knowing their last name?

No, you may not, but thank you for asking. The Post Office will not mail anything and therefore we cannot even print out a shipping label for a person who does not have a first and last name. We'll shoot you an email asking for a last name and if you don't respond, or don't know it, we'll refund your money and you can reorder when you get the recipient's full name.

What if I change my mind and want to cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please email us at CS@BagOfDicks.com. We are pretty quick to fulfill orders so if you are able to email us before we send your order out, we'd be happy to refund you the full purchase price, including shipping.

If we already sent your order out there's unfortunately nothing we can do unless the package is returned to us. If it is returned to us, we'll refund you the cost of the product only. We do not refund the cost of shipping because the Post Office doesn't refund us for shipping, ever.

How quickly does BOD fulfill my order after I place it?

We are pretty quick to fulfill orders placed during business hours.

  • Orders placed Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. (EST) will likely go out that same day, which means if you have buyer's remorse, you may be out of luck.
  • Orders placed Monday - Thursday from 5 p.m. – 9 a.m. (EST) will go out the next business day.
  • Orders placed Friday after 5 p.m. (EST) – Sunday will go out on Monday unless the U.S. Post Office is closed for a holiday, in which case it will go out on Tuesday.

What's the average shipping time for my order?

The U.S. Post Office will ship all standard, first-class mail in 3-5 business days. Of course, there are many things that affect that shipping time and neither we, nor the Post Office can be held to fault if an order takes longer to arrive. For instance, weather, the distance from our offices in Boca Raton, Florida and holidays that fall on a Monday may all affect the number of days it takes to deliver your order.

If you need an order for a particular event, we would recommend that you order at least a week beforehand to be safe.

If you really want to be safe, you should choose expedited shipping at check out as well. The Post Office is supposed to deliver in two-business days with expedited shipping.

What happens if I paid for expedited shipping but it's still taking longer than I expected to arrive?

If you chose expedited shipping your order should arrive faster than standard, first-class mail. Of course, there are situations and circumstances that may arise when that just won't happen. We are, unfortunately, totally helpless if the Post Office takes longer than they should to deliver your order. We will do everything we can to track your package down, but once it's with the Post Office, it's out of our control, which frankly makes us crazy because we're control freaks and know that if your order is late, you're going to blame us and not the Post Office.

What if my order is damaged when it arrives?

Please take a picture of the order and send us an email with the photo to CS@BagOfDicks.com. We'll get another order out to you right away!

What if the tracking information says the order was delivered but I never received it?
